Book on the calendar, then pay by EFT within 3 days using your booking reference. Bookings that are not paid in time cancel automatically and the items are released.

Yes. We deliver and set up for your event. Delivery is R20 per km to your venue: enter your venue address when you book and tap Calculate delivery to see the cost.

Absolutely. Our frame tent sets up in sections, so it works for 30 guests just as well as 110. Hire as many tables and chairs as you need.

Online bookings need at least 2 weeks' notice, and popular dates fill up fast. The calendar shows which dates are free for your items. For sooner dates, WhatsApp us.

A flat, clear area big enough for the tent size you choose, plus access for our vehicle to offload.

Yes. Set out in rows, the full 9×12m tent seats about 190 guests, which is perfect for conferences, church services, memorials and ceremonies.
